Platoon is my local airsoft shop, and the people there are friends. They backed me when I ran Airsoft Nation. They're also my proof that a small business can keep up using AI.

Approach
I lead, AI builds. I set the direction, get the owner's sign-off and take the team through each change. AI does most of the building. Then I teach them to run it themselves, like the newsletters.
