How often is too often?
I have been posting most days and I am starting to wonder whether that is too much.
For those of you further along — what cadence actually holds attention without wearing people out?

Twice a week, but both posts ask a question. The ones where I just announce something get read and forgotten.

Agreed. The day I stopped writing updates and started writing questions was the day people actually replied.
A post with no topic, so it only appears in the main feed. Useful for the things that do not belong anywhere in particular.
Six people turned up to the first session and four have already booked the next one. I genuinely did not expect that.
